Enel solar in Colombia uses Nexans cables

The 187MW La Loma project received almost 390km of low and medium voltage cables.

For Enel Green Power’s 187MW La Loma solar farm in Colombia, Nexans delivered over 390km of low and medium voltage cables.

The cables were manufactured in Colombia and Peru and connected the solar energy conversion equipment in the project.

“Our objective is to construct a sustainable electricity future,” stated Nexans Colombia business manager Michel Villalba. With this initiative, we are happy to contribute to Colombia’s sustainable energy targets.

“We will be able to meet the population’s electrical needs with sustainable energy thanks to our creative cabling solutions.”
